Baked Lemon-Garlic Tilapia

A quick and healthy dinner for any night of the week! Let's face it after the holidays we are looking at watching more of what we eat. With a little inspiration I've come up with this great recipe.
4 to 5 pieces of tilapia
1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Garlic herb seasoning
Fresh parsley
In a 9x13 pan put a thin layer of butter, just so the fish doesn't stick to the pan.
Season each piece of fish with salt and pepper.

Lay the fillets into the pan, sprinkle the garlic herb seasoning over the top, then squeeze half of lemon over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
