Cranberry Bread

Cranberry bread is a family favorite and has been in our family for generations. Another holiday must have! This bread recipe is one of the best with a secret ingredient that makes it just so yummy pssst its the orange juice! Not to mention its very easy to whip up. Enjoy!! 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt ½ cup orange juice 1 egg (beaten) 2 Tbs melted butter 2 Tbs hot water 1 cup cranberries cut in half Mix the ingredients in order and stir in cranberries last. Makes 2 small loafs, bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour, keep checking the bread to determine when it’s done.
