No-Bake Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake

Ok all you peanut butter lovers, I've got the cheesecake for you! This is the ultimate version of Reese's peanut butter cups and chocolate all mixed into one fantasticly amazing tasting cheesecake. I really love the no bake cheesecakes because it's less work and super easy to whip up in a hurry. Give this one a try, you won't regret it. 

1 Oreo cookie pie crust

For the Filling:

1 pk (8oz) Cream cheese 3/4 C Creamy Peanut Butter 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract 2 tbsp Heavy whipping cream 1 pk (8oz) Cool Whip (thawed) 10 Reese’s Peanut Butter 

For the Topping:

6 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (chopped) 1/4 C Creamy Peanut Butter 1/4 C Hot fudge sauce  

In a mixer, whip cream cheese on medium speed until light and fluffy for 2-3 minutes. Add peanut butter spread and continue to beat until well mixed.

Add the vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream, increase mixing speed to medium-high and whip for 2-3 minutes to add air into the batter. 

Once all ingredients are mixed together, add Cool Whip and beat into batter. Scrape the bottom of the bowl with a spatula and mix together.

Chop Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups into small pieces and drop into batter. Stir to combine. Empty filling into prepared pie crust. 

Chill in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. Serve chilled. 

For the Topping, chop the Reese's into small chunks.

Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Top the cheesecake with the Reese's and swirl on the melted peanut butter and chocolate chips.
