This bread. What can I say about this bread. It gets scarfed up in my house within the day.
The top of the bread is a crunchy cinnamon sugar crust and the bread itself is so moist and flavorful. The best kind of fall treat right here.
For the bread:
3/4 cups pumpkin puree
3/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
1 1/4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs pumpkin pie spice
For the topping:
3 tbs sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

I'm a medium mixing bowl combine pumpkin, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, vegetable oil, and milk. Whisk together until smooth.
In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
Pour the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until everything is combined.
Grease and flour 2 medium bread pans and divide the batter up and pour it in the pans. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon topping and sprinkle on top of the bread batter.

Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 mintues.
Take bread out, cool for 5 minutes and take out of the bread pans. Continue cooling and serve.
