These meatballs are amazingly good! Honestly the best I've ever had. Its actually very easy to make to. I also love that this makes quite a few so I always have leftovers which is even better, so I make them for supper one night and the next day for lunch I turn these into meatball subs! Yum!

Heres what you need!

2 lb ground hamburger

6 cloves crushed garlic

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1 jar marinara sauce

Salt and pepper

1/2 tsp shredded parmesan

1 1/2 cups Italian blend shredded cheese

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Handful of chopped fresh parsley

Mix the breadcrumbs and milk together and set aside.

In a large bowl add ground hamburger, garlic, eggs, fresh parsley, shredded parmesan, 1/2 cup of the Italian blend shredded cheese, salt and pepper to taste, and the breadcrumb mixture. Mix until everything is combined.

Roll into about 1 1/2 tablspoon balls, i just use my cookie scoop. Line on a sheet pan and bake the meatballs at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Take them out of the oven and in a 9x13 casserole pan pour half of the marinara sauce on the bottom. Add the meatballs and top them off with the rest of the sauce and sprinkle the rest of the cheese. Last sprinkle with the Italian seasoning.

Bake at 375 degrees covered with tin foil for 20 minutes and then uncovered for another 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
