Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter

Let me just say this is an easy recipe for pumpkin butter, it makes your house smell amazing all day, and let me list all the great things you can use pumpkin butter on!
- Spread on muffins or toast
- On a bagel over the top of cream cheese
- Mix in your favorite cakes for a twist
- A mix in for French toast and pancakes
- A topping for ice cream
- A dip for crackers and pretzels
1 29 oz can of pumpkin puree
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground ginger
Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker, mix until combined. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours
Yields about 3 pint jars. Store in the refrigerator.
