Easy Creamy Pumpkin Cheesecake

Fall is in the air and pumpkins are out! This is my very favorite time of year. I love pumpkin anything. Did I mention this is also a no bake cheesecake! Even better! The recipe is simple and everyone will love it.
A graham cracker crust
16oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
15oz pumpkin puree
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs pumpkin pie spice
16oz heavy cream
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
Next add in the pumpkin puree, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until everything is combined.
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peeks form.
Fold the whipping cream into the pumpkin mixture. Pour into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate 3 hours. Serve with extra whip cream. Keep refrigerated.
