Sweet and Spicy Sausage

These little sausages are mmm mmm good! Who would think something so simple to whip up could taste so good. These are a great appetizer, much like a little smokey, but in my opinion these sausages go above and beyond. They are definitely a crowd pleaser.

32 oz pre cooked sausage

12 oz chili sauce

12 oz grape jelly

1 tbs minced garlic 

Dash of red pepper flakes

1 tbs olive oil

In a sauce pan add oil and garlic sautee 2 mintues.

Add the chili sauce and grape jelly and a dash of red pepper flakes, let it bubble gently, mix frequently for 10 minutes.

Slice the sausage and put it in the slow cooker. Pour over the sauce. Cook on high for 2 hours until bubbly.

Serve and enjoy.
