Canolli Poke Cake

A delicious version of a canolli in the form of a cake. Yes you heard right, canolli in a cake! And guess what, you won't believe how easy it is. 1 box white cake mix 1 14 oz can sweeten condensed milk 1 1/2  cups ricotta cheese 1 1/2 cups Mascarpone 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup powdered sugar Mini chocolate chips Make the white cake mix cake according to the box using a 9x13 pan. Let the cake cool about 15 minutes. Using a straw poke holes all over the top of the cake. 

Pour half of the sweeten condensed milk over the cake and spread it all around. Set aside remainder of the milk. Refrigeorate for an hour to let the cake absorb all the milk. 

In a mixing bowl add the ricotta and marscapon, mix low until smooth. Next add the vanilla and powdered sugar, and yhr rest of the condensed milk. Mix just until combined, be careful not to over mix. Pour over the cake, even it out and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Top it of with powdered sugared sprinkled over the top. Keep refrigerated.
