Fun and easy to make homemade fluffy pancakes! Yes blueberry season is in full swing here in Wisconsin. I've got a lot of uses for those fresh berries. These are a kid favorite and kid approved in my house so you know they've got to be Good! Start your breakfast off right.
¾ cups milk 2 tbs vinegar 1 cup flour 2 tbs sugar 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda 1 egg 2 tbs melted butter 1 cup washed whole blueberries Combine milk and vinegar, set aside for 5 minutes. Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Whisk egg and melted butter into the milk mixture, then mix in the flour mixture. Add 1 cup of blueberries. Spoon onto your griddle, cook until you see bubbles and flip, they are do e when they reach a nice golden brown on each side. Serve with more blueberries and warm syrup.
