Fresh Strawberry Cake

Another great way to use thise delicious strawberries. This cake is gooood! It's definitely something you want to add to your recipe box. It's tried and true a keeper for sure!here is the recipe, did I mention how easy it was too....
2 cups strawberries sliced
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
In a mixer add eggs and sugar, beat in medium speed for 5 minutes.
Next add sour cream, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Beat until combined.
In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add to the mixing bowl beating until it's all combined.

In a buttered springform pan pour in half the batter. Sprinkle half of the strawberries. Pour the rest if the batter and sprinkle the rest if the strawberries on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 mintues. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Take the sides if the pan off. Once it's cooled completely dust with powdered sugar.
