I have got a great quick and easy blueberry crisp for you. I'm a big fan of any fruit crisp, but since it's blueberry season here I used blueberries from one of our local blueberry farms. I actually had these frozen from one of my pickings and just pulled them out to make this crisp. You can use fresh or frozen. This takes about 5 minutes to whip up and half an hour to cook. You can't go wrong. One of my favorite ways to eat this is over vanilla ice cream. Yummy!
5 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
1/2 cup cold butter
3/4 cups flour
3/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats

In a baking dish, I used a pie pan. You can use anything. Butter the pan and pour in the blueberries.
In a medium bowl add flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix together. Cut up the butter in small chunks and work it through the mixture, I use my hands. Once it's crumbly add the oats and go e it a mix.
Pour this mixture over the blueberries.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve with some vanilla ice cream or eat it the way it is.
