Easy Taco Bake

In our house tacos are a favorite, I was thinking a new creative way to serve up tacos and came up with this yummy dish. Why wouldn't tacos work as a casserole. You can do so many things with it, add your favorite taco toppings! Its fast and easy to whip up and everyone enjoyed it. Taco Bake 12 crushed up crunchy taco shells 1 ½ lb hamburger Taco seasoning packet 1 bag shredded lettuce 2 cut up tomatoes 3 cups of cheese ( cheddar and Mozzarella) Taco sauce Preheat oven 350 Brown hamburger and mix in seasoning according to package. In a 9x13 pan crush up shells, layer the meat next, then about 2/3 of the cheese, next lettuce, eyeball on about how much you want you can also garnish on top when it comes out of the oven. Now cut up tomatoes, and top it off with the extra cheese. Bake for 15 min and serve with some taco sauce on top. 

Garnish with sour cream, green onion, and a little cilantro, and any other taco toppings you enjoy!
