Best Blueberry Jam

 I have been wanting to revamp my recipe so here it is much easier no fruit pectin and no hot water baths! Just easy delicious blueberry jam! 8 cups washed blueberries 2 cups sugar 1 tbs of lemon juice 

Combine everything into a sauce pot, on med high heat bring to a boil. Once boiling continue for about 15 to 20 minutes. You will notice it will thicken and remember to stir constantly so it doesn't burn. Once its done pour into you hot jars and hot lids, seal and cover with a towel until cooled. That's it super easy! You get about 7 jam jars out of this batch I double it as well. As always great on toast, pancakes, and ice cream!
