You can't go wrong with this no fail blueberry pie. It's blueberry season and this is a perfect way to use up those tasty blueberries. For this pie you can use a store bought pie crust or homemade pie crust. This time I did make my own crust only to remind me why I buy crust, but hey it turned out pretty darn good if I do say so myself. 6 cups blueberries 1 TBS lemon juice 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup corn starch 2/3 cup sugar Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, coating the blueberries well. Put down your pie crust in your pie pan, pour in the mixture. Cover with a top layer of crust, you can do something fun like the lattice or even cut out some fun shapes like stars or hearts and lay them over the top. Brush the crust with milk and top it off with some sugar.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes, then turn down to 350 and bake for another 25 to 35 minutes. Until the pie crust is a nice golden brown.

Make sure it's baked for the whole time maybe even a little longer depending how the crust looks, if you don't bake it long enough it will runny.
