I love this rustic tart! It's so festive with all the colors going on. It's a great and easy dish to serve up for all your upcoming 4th of July festivities. My favorite part is making this dish rustic, in my eyes rustic means it does not have to be perfect. It's the imperfection that make it great! Give it a try this will be a crowd pleaser.
1 puff pastry sheet
1 beaten egg
Blueberries
Strawberry jam/syrup
1 cup lemon curd
4oz cream cheese room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbs heavy cream
On a baking sheet spread out the pastry sheet. Roll out just a bit and fold up the edges about 2 to 3 times. With a fork poke holes on the pastry. Brush a beaten egg over the pastry and bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.

For the filling beat the cream cheese and sugar together. Once that is combined add the lemon curd, combine that. Last mix in the heavy cream. Spread onto the pastry. Garnish with blueberries and warm up the strawberry syrup/jam so you can take a spoon and easily spread over the top.

Serve right away and enjoy!
