No Bake Oreo Cookies Cheesecake

We all love an easy cheesecake, well I've got the perfect recipe. Honestly this is so easy, there's just a few ingredients and you don't have to bake it. The oreos make this the perfect cheesecake. Serve this up for dessert it will be a winner for sure. For the crust 25 crushed oreo cookies 1 tbs sugar 3 tbs melted butter Crush the oreos until they resemble fine crumbs. Add the sugar and melted butter. Mix until combined. Press the crust into a spring form pan or a pie dish. Refrigerate while preparing the filling. 

For the filling: 2 8oz packages of softened cream cheese 1 cup sugar 16oz heavy cream 1/4 cup powdered sugar 10 chopped oreos Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and beat until combined. Set aside. In a clean bowl beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until you reach stiff peaks. Next fold the cream cheese into the whipped cream mixture. Now fold in the chopped oreos. Pour the cheesecake into the prepared crust. Garnish with oreo cookies. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
