Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Bites

With the help of two little girls, we came up with this really fun brownie recipe. It's fun for the kids to create and heck fun for the adults too. We took a boxed brownie mix and thought up some mix in's we could incorporate. Well chocolate and peanut butter go together perfectly in my eyes so why not add some peanut butter cups and peanut butter chips. Read on to get the whole recipe 

1 box brownie mix

1/2 cup vegetable oil 

2 eggs

3 tbs water

1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups

1/2 cup peanut butter chips

2 tsp vanilla extract 

In a mixing bowl add the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, water, and vanilla extract.

Mix until combined then add the chopped peanut butter cups and peanut butter chips and mix together. Spray a mini muffin tin and have the oven preheated at 350 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes until done and cool.
