Strawberry Cream Pie

A beautiful pie just in time for summer! This no bake strawberry cream pie is easy, fast, and a great treat to serve at all those cookouts and gatherings this memorial weekend. 

For the crust:

34 chocolate wafer cookies

6 tbs melted butter 

Crush the cookies to resemble crumbs, add in the melted butter stir and press into the pie dish.

For the filling:

2 cups chopped strawberries 

8 oz of whipped topping 

8 oz of cream cheese 

1 cup powdered sugar

Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in the whipped topping. Stir in the strawberries. For some fun color add just a little drop of pink food coloring. Pour into the pie dish. Garnish with some more whipped topping and strawberries. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
