Shredded Chicken Tacos

These are a go to for my week night dinners! Simple and something the whole family will agree on. The whole idea of just throwing your dinner in the crock pot is always a great idea with me. These are full of flavor and low maintenance all the way.
1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breast
1 packet taco seasoning
1 16oz jar salsa or taco sauce
3 tbs chopped fresh cilantro.

Put the chicken in the slow cooker, layer with taco seasoning, next the salsa, top with cilantro. Cook on low for about 6 hours. Once it is done bring the chicken out and shred it with a fork, mix it back into the sauces from whuch it was cooking in. Serve with tortillas, top with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce. Get creative!
