No Bake Peanut Butter Balls

I love serving these little bite sized snacks. They are really yummy and so easy to whip up. You won't believe what goes into these peanut butter balls, they are a great treat and healthy too. You can switch out the mix-ins according to what you like. So that makes them a win win!

3/4 cups shredded coconut
3/4 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup mix in (chocolate chips, raisins, dried fruit)
3/4 cups crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Next pour in the crunchy peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix together with a spatula. Roll into tablespoon sized balls. Refrigerate until they are hard, about 20 to 30 mintues. Store in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator.
