So Simple Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

So simple slow cooker pulled pork. There is seriously nothing to it, throw a couple ingredients in the cooker and forget about it for the rest of the day. This is a meal that I will prepare a bunch of it at one time and then freeze it into meal sized portions and supper is ready to go.
2 to 3lb pork roast or pork loin
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 medium onion
1/4 cup water
Put the pork in the slow cooker, roughly chop up the onion and put it in, sprinkle the onion soup mix over it and pour water in.
No need to mix, heat slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours. When the meat falls apart take it out and shred with a fork. Toss it in your favorite BBQ sauce and enjoy.
