Simple Grilled Vegetables

Sometimes it's the simple things we make that are the best part of the meal. Cooking isn't always fancy and involves a lot of work. This is one of my favorite sides to add to a meal. Quick, simple, and no work. The vegetables speak for themselves.
1 onion
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green pepper
1 package of fresh mushrooms
Fresh Brussel sports
I chunked up the peppers, mushrooms, and onions. No need to cut up the Brussel spourts. Throw them all in a bowl season with salt and pepper and a coating of olive oil. Put them in a grill basket and grill these veggies until they are tender. Stiring them up a bit every now and then these should take about 10 to 15 minutes on a medium heat.
