A homemade delicious tasting cheesecake with out all the fuss. These mini cheesecake tarts are all that and more. They're bite sized and just adorable. We all love a great dessert but sometimes not all the work that goes into it. So I've found the perfect combination of semi made but still a homemade treat.
12 mini tart tins with a graham cracker crust
1 can of cherry pie filling
2 8oz packages of softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs

Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla beat again until combined. Add eggs one at a time until the mixture is smooth. Arrange the tins on a cookie sheet. Spoon mixture into the tins. Then take a spoon full of cheery pie filling and place on top of the cheesecake. With a butter knife swirl the cherry into the cake.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mintues. Let the cookie sheet cool on a wire rack. Once cooled spoon the cherries on top.

Keep in the refrigerator and enjoy them cold.
