My new favorite biscuit is here! These are fool proof too, so quick and easy you won't believe these are homemade! This is a huge hit in my household, serve them up with dinner and your set. I'm serving up the recipe right here.

For the biscuit:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup of cold butter
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cups milk
For the butter topping
3 tbs melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt

In a medium mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Cut the butter in chunks and work it through the flour mixture with a pastry cutter or fork until it's clumpy. Mix in the cheese. And mix in milk just until combined. On a greased pan drop about 3 tablespoons worth of dough. Mix together the butter topping and brush over the top of the biscuits. Makes 12 biscuits bake at 425 for 10 to 12 minutes.
