White Texas Sheet Cake

I can't even begin to describe how amazing this cake is. Everyone loves it, it's that good. This makes a big cake so indulge! It's very simple to make but tastes like you've spent hours. I dare you not to eat just one piece.
For the cake:
2 sticks of butter
1 cup water
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

In a sauce pan combine butter and water, melt the butter. In a large bowl combine flour and sugar. Mix in eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and baking soda. Pour in the water and butter mixture. Mix until smooth. In a greased sheet pan pour the batter in. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
Let cool for half hour. Add the frosting.

For the frosting:
1 stick butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups powdered sugar
In a bowl add powdered sugar and vanilla. Set aside and combine milk and butter bringing to a boil once butter is melted pour over the powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Spread over the cake.
