Corn is probably at the top of my list for favorite vegetables. This is a great dish because it adds a little something different to the plain basic buttered corn. It's slow cooked in the crock pot to get all the flavors mixed together. I promise this will become a new favorite at the dinner table.
2 smaller packs of frozen corn
1 cup milk
8oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs sugar

In a crock pot pour in the corn, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix together. Chunk up the butter and cream cheese, lay over the corn do not mix. Heat on high for 2 to 3 hours. On the last 20 mintues stir in the butter and cream cheese. Finish cooking. Garnish it with a little parmesan cheese.
