Lemon Roasted Asparagus

A perfectly oven roasted asparagus with a touch of lemon and garlic. Only 10 minutes to make and it fits perfect with any meal. This dish makes me think of spring and warmer weather to come, theres just something about a nice fresh vegetable on the dinner table. This ones a keeper so you better get to trying it.

 

One bunch of washed and dried aspiragus

1 lemon

2 to 3 cloves of garlic minced

salt and pepper

2 tbs olive oil

Prepare the asparagus on a large sheet pan, drizzle the olive oil over the top, generously season with salt and pepper and minced garlic. Toss it all together well. Cut up the lemon in wedges or slices squeeze some juice over the top of the asparagus about a tablespoon and lay the wedges around the asparagus. Put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and serve.
