Blueberry and Banana Overnight Oats

I just love overnight oats, I love the fact that the night before I can say breakfast is already done for the next just. Just grab and go. With busy lives somedays that's just what you need is a healthy grab and go breakfast. It's so easy to prepare, it keeps for about 3 days in the refrigerator, and it tastes so yummy.

 

A small jar, about 16oz

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup milk

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

sliced banana

fresh blueberries

1 heaping tsp of pure maple syrup

In the jar layer your ingredients, first oats, milk, vanilla, fruit. No mixing no fuss. Cover the jars and put in the refrigerator until morning. When you are ready to serve add the heaping tsp of pure maple syrup and mix everything up. These can last about 3 days in the refrigerator.
