Cake Mix Cookies

Cake mix cookies are an easy cookie fix. I have featured a white chocolate covered strawberry cookie today. The possibilities are endless with cake mix cookies. Use any flavor cake mix you like and add a mix in or two and begin. Here's an idea, double chocolate fudge cookie using a chocolate fudge cake mix and chocolate chip cookies for the mix in. Or a cranberry pecan cookie using a vanilla cake mix dried cranberries and chopped pecans. Seriously you can get creative here.
1 box of cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup mix in (if you were doing 2 mix ins just 1/4 cup each)
combine all the ingredients mix together, drop spoon fulls on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool and serve.
