Cheesecake rocks, I love trying all kinds of cheesecake. I'm always up for a new recipe, then I ran across cheesecake in a cookie, OK that sounds like a win win right!? I whipped these babies up dusted them with powered sugar, and with the help of one of my dear friends telling me how they look like snowballs....The Cheesecake Snowball Cookie was born!

1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 8oz cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
powdered sugar
Cream together butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sugar and mix in. Next add the eggs and vanilla until creamy. In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the flour mixture slowly to the cream cheese mixture. Mixed until combined. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper drop spooned sized drops on the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool the cookies on a wire rack and once they are cooled you can dust with powered sugar.
