These cookies are so fun to make, they are so easy and look pretty. My kids get a kick out of these cookies. Who doesn't want a cookie covered in their favorite ice cream topping! Here''s what you need...

8 tbs of butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sprinkles
First cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy about 3 minutes. Add the egg yolks and vanilla and mix well. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Once it's all Incorporated the dough will be thick and look like cookie dough. Roll the dough into tablespoon size balls and roll in the sprinkles. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes. Cool on a cooling rack.
