Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pinwheels

Pinwheels are really fun to make, they are so versatile you can fill them with just about anything. This is a basic pinwheel with bacon, cheese, and ranch. They are great for a pot luck, a quick snack, share this recipe for pretty much anything. Here's what you need!

2 Burrito size tortillas

1 8 oz cream cheese softened

1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8 cooked and chopped bacon

1 tbs chopped chives

With a mixer beat together cream cheese and ranch packet, mix in all the rest of the ingredients in with a spoon. Lay out the tortilla and spread a layer of the filling all the way around the tortilla. Roll it up and cut about 1 inch slices to create the pinwheel. Keep them refrigerated and enjoy.
