Lemon Crinkle Cookies

I have the perfect treat for you to make for that special Valentine today, Lemon Crinkle Cookies. I love crinkle cookies, all versions! I will share the rest with you at a later time but today its all about the lemon.

1 box of lemon flavored cake mix

2 cups cool whip

1 egg

1 tbs lemon zest

2 tbs lemon juice

1/2 cup powered sugar

Mix all the ingrediants together except for the powered sugar. Once its mixed well roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Put the powered sugar in a bowl, take the balls and roll them covering them in powdered sugar. Place them a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake them at 350 degrees for 15 mintues.
