Savory Roasted Red Potatoes

These are savory, tasty, and so mouth watering. I love roasted red potatoes, they are a perfect side to any meal and really not that hard to whip up. Check out this recipe.
10 washed and quartered red potatoes
2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp dried rosemary
3 crushed cloves of garlic
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
2/3 cup of freshly graded Parmesan
2 tbs olive oil

Mix the potatoes with all the ingredients making sure everything is coated well. Lay them in a roasting pan cook at 400 for about 45 minutes or until they are golden brown.
When they come out of the oven I sprinkle about a tablespoon of fresh chopped chives.
