A little piece of deep fried heaven right here. These tasty little wings will have you begging for more! Seriously these are so easy to make at home, no need to go out to eat to get the perfect tasting wings. My husband loves his wings, so I had some big shoes to fill if I wanted to even compare to his favorite restaurant wings. Honestly you could eat these plain with out any sauce, I used a buffalo wing sauce, but you could really get creative here and put any kind of sauce you enjoy from, garlic parmesan, to BBQ, to of course your basic buffalo wing sauce.

Lets get started, first lets get everything out. You will need to dishes for the batter, one with flour, seasoning salt, paprika, and garlic powder. You can see I eye balled it in the pan on the left. In the next pan crack 4 eggs beat them well. I have one package of chicken wingettes, pat them dry with a paper towel next coat them in the flour mixture, then coat them in the egg wash and back to get a final coat in the flour mixture.

Set the deep-fryer to 375 degrees and fry them for 10 minutes, they will come out a nice golden brown color. Place them on a paper towel to let some of the grease drip off. Put the cooked chicken into a bowl pour over your sauce of choice, for this batch I used Franks buffalo wing sauce. Toss them around until they are coated and there you go, a great tasting wing!
